PYRAMID'S REFERRAL PROGRAM
1. All referrals must include:
completed referral form which includes candidates name, number, address and Resume. The form will also include the recruiter/marketer you are sending the form to and the current date. Pyramid will get back to you to make sure we are not currently working with the submitted candidate.
2. Current Employees
1st successful referral will have a value of $1000 (paid after 30 days from start date)
2nd successful referral will have a value of $1500
3rd successful referral will have a value of $2000
3. All External Referrals
1st successful referral will have a value of $500 (paid after 30 days from start date)
2nd successful referral will have a value of $1000
4. If a referee is hired between 91-180 days of the referral form signature date, a $250 non-employee $500 employee flat payment will be made by Pyramid to the referee.
