Benefits Package

BENEFITS OVERVIEW

Pyramid Consulting Group, Inc. is pleased to present our benefits package. This program was designed and implemented with the needs of our employees in mind because no one knows more about your insurance and benefit needs than you.

Medical Insurance

Pyramid Consulting Group, Inc. offers medical insurance under a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) Health Assurance PPO plan. Pyramid will share in the responsibility of all claims incurred. Single employees will be responsible for a $300 deductible and Family will have a $600 deductible. Prescription costs also count towards your out-of-pocket amount. Insurance coverage begins on your hire date. More details and explanation are provided upon hire.

Dental Insurance

Pyramid Consulting Group, Inc. offers dental insurance under Direct Reimbursement. Details of the plan will be outlined in a pamphlet after hire.

Vision Insurance

Vision benefits are through Vision Benefits of America. Benefits include: Examination:Adults-once every 24 months; Developing children-once every 12 months. Lenses: Adults-once every 24 months; Developing children-once every 12 months.

Life Insurance

Life Insurance is provided at no charge to each employee. The amount of the insurance is $25,000 for the employee, $5,000 for your spouse and $2500 for each child.

Paid Time Off (salaried employees only)

Holidays: 48 hours of holiday pay; The holiday schedule will differ for all employees since the employee must observe the client’s official holiday schedule. Four "floating holidays" will also be available to cover holidays that Pyramid does not recognize.

Pyramid Consulting Group, Inc. holiday schedule is the following:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

    Vacation: A total of 80 hours is offered to all full time salaried employees. You will accrue 3.08 hours of vacation per paycheck (80 hours worked). A detailed description will be distributed once you are hired.

    Retirement Program

    Employees can participate in Pyramid Consulting Group, Inc.’s 401(k) Deferred Compensation Plan after six (6) months of employment. The benefits to an employee participating in a 401(k) plan are immediate tax savings on pre-tax contributions, tax-deferred earnings, choice of investment options, convenience of payroll deduction, flexibility to change investments and deferrals, and access to savings through loan and withdrawal provisions. For each $1.00 you contribute as an Elective Deferral Contribution, Pyramid Consulting Group, Inc. may contribute a discretionary amount on your behalf.

    Short Term Disability

    All employees are eligible for short term disability after one month of continuous service, working a minimum of 20 hours per week. The weekly benefit is equal to 66.67% to a maximum benefit of $500 per week. The maximum period of payment is 13 weeks. A brochure will be distributed at time of hire which outlines all the details of our program.
